Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Handedoff) and YOUR LLC LEGAL NAME ("we"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Handedoff lets you create referral links for your customers, host referral pages, and track leads and rewards. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

You're responsible for your login, for the information you enter, and for activity on your account.

Billing

• Handedoff is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, referral links and app access may be paused until it's resolved.
• We'll give notice before changing your price.

Your customers and messages

• Only add customers you have a real business relationship with.
• Referral texts are sent from your own phone. You're responsible for following texting, email, and consumer protection laws when contacting people.
• You decide your referral offers and rewards and are solely responsible for honoring them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Handedoff to send spam, mislead people, break the law, or interfere with the service.

Your data

You own the customer and lead information you add. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Ending the service

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Handedoff is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any number of referrals, leads, or jobs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
