Handedoff is operated by YOUR LLC LEGAL NAME ("we"). Handedoff helps home service businesses ("Businesses") run customer referral programs. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

• Business account information: name, email, phone, business details, logo, and offer settings that a Business enters.
• Customer information: names, phone numbers, and optional emails of a Business's past customers, entered or uploaded by that Business.
• Referral form information: name, phone, and any optional email, address, or message a person submits on a referral page.
• Billing information: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers.
• Technical information: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent spam.

How we use it

• To run the service: create referral links, show referral pages, and deliver leads to the right Business.
• To send lead alerts to Businesses and, where a Business has a customer's email, occasional referral reminder emails on that Business's behalf.
• To bill Businesses, provide support, and keep the service secure.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use a Business's customer contacts for our own marketing.

Who we share it with

Information submitted on a referral page goes to the Business that owns that page. We use service providers to operate Handedoff, including hosting, database, login, payment, and email/text providers, who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Businesses' responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for having a relationship with, and any needed consent from, the customers they add and the people they contact.

Your choices

• Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To ask about, correct, or delete your information, email us at a.derose12345@gmail.com.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it while a Business's account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Children

Handedoff is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
